1. Membership & Recurring Billing

Bestie Membership ($7/Month) – This is a monthly recurring subscription that will be automatically billed each month unless canceled in writing before the next billing date. Group Mentorship Zoom Calls ($27/Month) – If selected at checkout, this is a monthly recurring subscription, billed every month until canceled in writing.Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email at least 3 business days before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing cycle. No Refund Policy – Due to the nature of digital content and immediate access to exclusive materials, all payments are final and non-refundable.

2. One-Time Purchase – Custom 12-Week Meal & Movement Plan

Your Custom 12-Week Plan is a one-time purchase and is yours to keep.Because this plan is personalized, all sales are final and non-refundable. Delivery time for the custom plan is typically 5-7 business days after completing your intake form.

3. Bestie Boost Weekly Series & Digital Content

Members will receive a weekly email that includes:A recorded video for motivationExpert insights and weekly success tipsExclusive downloads & toolsContent is for personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, or resold.

4. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All content provided within My GLP-1 Bestie Membership, Group Mentorship, and Weekly Bestie Boost Emails—including but not limited to meal plans, videos, written guides, mentorship sessions, and downloads—is the exclusive property of My GLP-1 Bestie (Gina Wright) and is protected by copyright law. No part of this program, community, or its content may be copied, shared, sold, or reproduced without express written permission.

5. Community Guidelines & Conduct

The My GLP-1 Bestie Facebook Group and Zoom Mentorship Calls are safe spaces designed for encouragement, learning, and support. No bullying, harassment, negativity, or misinformation will be tolerated. Members violating these guidelines may be removed without refund. Respect for all members and confidentiality within the group is required.

6. Limitation of Liability

My GLP-1 Bestie does not provide medical advice and should not replace professional medical care. All content is for educational and informational purposes only.Members are responsible for consulting with their doctor before making any changes to medications, diet, or exercise. My GLP-1 Bestie and its affiliates are not liable for any decisions, actions, or results stemming from participation in the program.
